Wow, it's been over half a year since our last post here... doesn't quite seem like so long has passed though. I know a lot has happened since this blog was started, but from where I am now it seems like I was at my parents' computer in Laos only yesterday, sipping cool black iced tea (brewed from real Darjeeling tea leaves, of course) and trying to come up with a nice design for this blog.
I'm in Singapore now, been here since late September 2008. I miss Ycar like crazy, and I know she misses me too, but happily for us, the internet makes it so much easier to 'be' with each other than it would've been, had we been born ahead of our time. I'm now almost at the end of my third term at school here - I shall submit the last assignment due this term in a few hours! And soon we'll have the end-of-term exams, a short excuse for a break, and then it'll be back to school again!
I have a lot to write about; places I've been, books I've read, people I've met, the things I've said, and haven't... but I shall have to put it all down in installments - if I actually do get down to writing. I was just telling Ycar's sister that it's been ages (and I honestly don't remember when it was) since I last wrote a proper e-mail to anyone.
For now, however, I shall curl up and go to bed, because it is well past my bedtime!! Goodnight world :)!
